I made healthy soboro with just one tofu without using meat. Fry the drained tofu on a frying pan while breaking it, and entangle the seasoning. - Wrap the tofu with paper towels and top it with a weight to push out more excess water. (Combine the ・ ingredients)
- Heat the sesame oil on a skillet, sauté the grated ginger until fragrant and add the ground chicken. Once the chicken is browned, season it with salt and pepper.
- When the chicken cooks through, add the chopped Japanese leek and stir-fry the ingredients. Add the ・ ingredients from Step 3.
- Take the weight off the tofu, wipe off the excess water with paper towels, then transfer the tofu onto a serving plate.
- Top the tofu with the stir-fried soboro crumbles.
- Sprinkle the bonito flakes and the chopped green leek, and it is done!
- Ready to serve and ENJOY!
