The ingredients needed to make Pan Fried Chicken:
- Get Boneless chicken breast
- Prepare 2 tbsp butter
- Get Flour
- Get Salt
- Get Pepper
- Take Milk
Steps to make Pan Fried Chicken:
- Take your chicken breast and lay it on a cutting board. Use your palms to gently pulverize the breast to slightly flatten and tenderize it. Use a paper towel to dab off any moisture.
- Pour milk into a shallow dish and dip the breast into it, coating the chicken on both sides.
- On a separate plate pour out some flour and add salt and pepper (whatever fits your taste) and coat both sides of the milky breast with the mixture.
- In a medium skillet melt 2 tbsp of butter. Add the now coated chicken into the pan once the butter starts to bubble.
- Cook on one side for 4 minutes. Turn the chicken over on its other side and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- (Note: Your chicken will be much more tender and juicy if you allow it to get closer to room temperature before cooking it.)
- I like to serve my chicken with some fresh herbs on top just for looks. You can also add minced garlic to the pan when cooking on the 2nd side just to add some more flavor.
