- Heat up a pan with medium-low heat and add 1/4 cup sesame oil. Add ginger slices to the pan, and cook to dry crispy slices. Then add garlic cloves and dried red peppers to the pan.
- Mix rice wine, soy sauce, and sugar in a separate bowl. Then add the sauce to the pan. Add chicken to the pan, mix well, and continue cooking for 5-10 minutes, or until the sauce is mostly cooked off.
- Add in fresh basil to the pan and mix well. Blend in the rest of sesame oil.
