  1. Make ready 2-3 lb chicken thighs or drumsticks, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes

  5. Make ready 1 bunch Basil leaves, washed.As much basil as you like! I prefer
  6. Get 2-3 slices fresh ginger
  7. Make ready 1/2 cup scallion, cut in 1 inch length
  8. Make ready Optional: hot pepper for spicy!
  9. Get Add Salt to your liking
Steps to make Basil Chicken:
  1. Heat oil in pan and add ginger and scallion and cook when they are slightly browned
  2. Add chicken, soy sauce, and wine and cook until skin is a little chard
  3. Optional: Add in hot pepper if you choose to make this dish spicy.
  4. Throw in all of the basil, mix it with rest of the ingredients and close the lid. Let it cook/simmer for a minute and you are done!
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
