  1. Wash brown rice and parboil for about 15mins, rinse and parboil again with little water and a pinch of salt, turn off heat once rice is tender and dried up
  2. Heat up frying pan, add olive oil once its hot, add diced onions, garlic and ginger, stir for about a minute
  3. Add tomatoes and pepper stir, add salt and stock cube, stir continuously for about 4 mins; finally add carrot and green pea; stir and turn off heat after 3mins
  4. Serve with brown rice
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
