One of my favorites food recipes. This time, I will make it a bit tasty. This chicken rice soup was a complete breeze to make, kitchen or no kitchen! My brain doesn't work right and my body just doesn't feel well.

Instructions to make Not your mommas chicken soup;):
  1. throw first 9 ingredients into large stock pot, cover with water, bring to boil, cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
  2. add chicken wings, chicken legs and leg meat, bring back to boil, cover and simmer for 25 minutes
  3. add chayote, outdoors, carrots, frozen veggies and corn on cob, bring back to boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes
  4. add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, cover and simmer till done, about 15 minutes
  5. enjoy! the feet add something amazing to the broth, I like to add chopped radish and lime juice to my bowl, so yummy!
  6. Ready to serve and ENJOY!

This chicken rice soup was a complete breeze to make, kitchen or no kitchen! My brain doesn't work right and my body just doesn't feel well. On those days I crave something warm and comforting to get my vitality back. I love chicken noodle soup, and honestly was never that fond of tortilla soup.
