3. After 15 mins, take out the chicken and dip it in the mixture of eggs and cornstarch * MAKE SURE to NOT pour the orange juice from the marinate into the mixture as it will be too much juice and the mixture will loosen up instead of thicken up
4. Fry the chickens
5. After frying, make the sauce as mentioned above. * For the water and cornstarch, make sure the pan is on low heat and the sauce is not boiling. If you put the mixture into the sauce while it's boiling, the cornstarch might clump up easily
6. Mix the chicken into the sauce
